Sage Line 50 help - Missing details when printing
Posted: 15 Apr 2008, 12:48
We just updated to Sage Line 50 Ver.14 (I think it's 14 anyway, whichever the newest is), having a few problems when printing out.
It's running on Win XP, slow system, getting a new faster comp tomorrow, but still works ok apart from this one problem.
Before we updated, all our data went to Sage to be fixed, we got it back and everything was fine.
But, now when we try to print an order acknowledgment report off, 90% of the tme it doesn't print the last line of the details field, which contains the quantity and price.
It doesn't make a difference how long the details are, it will always miss the last line off. The details are def there, but it just doesn't show up, not even on Preview before printing.
Any idea why it does this and how we can fix it?
Just come accross another problem.
When printing out invoices onto the smaller paper, even though the setting are all right, it's always too long so the text at the bottom of one ends up being at the top of the next one.
This is all very frustrating and any help would be greatly appriciated.
Thanks
